ASD ORGANICS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, orders, and deliveries made by ASD Organics (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing our products or engaging our services, you (“you,” “the buyer,” “the customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

  • Our products include natural shea butter, argan oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, and other natural products.

  • As these are natural products, slight variations in colour, texture, and fragrance may occur between batches.

  • We are committed to ensuring all products meet international quality and safety standards.
     

3. Orders & Pricing

  • Orders are confirmed once payment (or agreed deposit) is received.

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and may be subject to taxes, duties, or shipping charges.

  • Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply for bulk or wholesale orders.

  • Custom packaging or private label (OEM) services are available by separate agreement.
     

4. Payment Terms

  • Standard payment terms are: 50% deposit on order, balance before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late or incomplete payments may result in production or delivery delays.

  • All bank fees, transfer charges, and international payment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
     

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and subject to production schedules, logistics, and customs clearance.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once products are dispatched.

  • The buyer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees in their country.
     

6. Returns & Claims

  • Due to the nature of natural products, returns are accepted only for damaged, contaminated, or incorrectly supplied goods.

  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.

  • At our discretion, we may replace the product, issue a credit, or provide a refund.

8. Intellectual Property
All branding, packaging, trademarks, and marketing materials remain the property of ASD Organics and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ASD Organics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products.

  • Liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied.
     

10. Compliance & Use

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations regarding the import, storage, and resale of natural products.

  • Products must be stored in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight to maintain quality.
     

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on our website or provided upon request.
